Core Facilities

The Core Facility at the college of engineering in Northeastern University is a shared resource that bring a wide range of services across the campus under one umbrella to provide ease of access to all the research students, faculty members as well as for external researchers. COE’s aim is to provide state-of-the-art services, equipment to the researchers who have limited or no access to such amenities in their labs. Each lab under this core facility is managed by experienced researchers and technicians. The COE operates these facilities as a fee-for-service amenity for both internal and external users such that operating cost can be recuperated. These facilities are an important aspect of the University’s research foundation, facilitating revolutionary scientific breakthroughs via the resources they have to offer.
